Practical Wellness Coaching for Stress and Life’s Next Chapter
When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to know where to start. You don’t have to have everything figured out to take your next step.
At Three Ring Wellness, we’ll explore what matters to you, identify what’s getting in your way, and work toward practical changes that fit your life.
A short, no-pressure conversation about your goals and whether coaching feels like a good fit. No payment is required.

I’m CJ, the founder of Three Ring Wellness. My experiences as a veteran helped shape the meaning behind the three rings: See It, Work Through It, and Overcome.
I believe your story deserves to be heard, without expecting your path to look like anyone else’s. My approach to coaching starts with listening and working together toward goals that matter to you.
A personal introduction
Meet CJ
Start by noticing what’s happening in your life and what you’d like to change. We’ll make space to explore your routines, priorities, and the obstacles that keep showing up.
See It
Break a larger challenge into manageable steps. We’ll explore options, choose actions that feel realistic, and reflect on what is or isn’t working for you.
Work Through It
Recognize your progress and build on what you’ve learned. Overcome isn’t a promise that every challenge disappears; it’s about finding ways to move forward, adapt, and keep taking meaningful steps.
Overcome
Start with a conversation. Move forward at your pace.
You bring your experiences, questions, and goals. Together, we’ll use the three rings as a simple way to explore where you are and what comes next.

Coaching shaped around your life
Your goals don’t have to look like anyone else’s. Our conversations can focus on the areas that matter most to you:
Everyday stress: Explore routines and choices that support your well-being.
Life transitions: Make space to think through changes at work, at home, or in your priorities.
Healthier habits: Choose small, realistic actions and reflect on your progress.
Direction and follow-through: Clarify what you want to work toward and identify your next step.
I want to thank CJ at Three Ring Wellness for helping me when I started my new job and had a bunch of new life changes happen to me all at once. I was beginning to stress out and needed help, so I reached out to CJ at Three Ring Wellness. Working with him allowed me to see what I needed to work on so I could focus and realign myself to improve overall.

I have to admit, at first, I was skeptical, being a military man, and I thought my life was pretty squared away. I was in good shape, but being back from overseas for a few years, I noticed some differences, and trying to get help at the VA was taking too long; that’s when I found Three Ring Wellness. It took some time and patience, but it has helped me realize things I never would have known by myself and take action to improve myself

Ever since the Pandemic, I have been working from home, not going out as much as I used to, and steadily gaining weight. I found out I was becoming obese and diabetic. I am an introvert, but I knew I needed to change. I contacted CJ at Three Ring Wellness, and we met on Zoom. I told him about my issues, and he told me how health and wellness coaching works. We did nine sessions in all, and I have to say that he was helpful and helped me find what I was missing to get back out there and start getting my health back on track.

In the Known
What They Say
What happens on the discovery call?
We’ll talk briefly about what brings you here and what you’d like support with. You can ask questions about coaching, and we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
Do I need a clear goal before we talk?
No. You can arrive with a specific goal or simply a sense that something needs to change; the conversation is a place to start exploring.
Is wellness coaching the same as therapy?
No. Wellness coaching focuses on goals, habits, and practical steps forward; it does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions and is not a replacement for therapy or medical care.
